Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind everything we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 30 days and we'll replace it or give you a refund. Please read "Returns" below for more information.

Returns

If there’s a problem with a product that you bought from us, please bring it back within 30 days of the original purchase date, with your proof of purchase.  Items returned in new condition and in their original packaging or are defective are eligible for a full refund to the original credit card.

Items bought using check or cash are eligible for a full refund (with proof of purchase) in the form of store credit or check issued by S&W.  Special orders and/or merchandise returned that appears used may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. 

Items returned after 30 days from purchase, may be eligible for a store credit pending the condition of the item.  No returns will be accepted more than 90 days from original purchase date.

Labor fees, such as custom wheel builds or other services, are non-refundable.
