Coronavirus Update 3/27: Policies moving forward

Everyone’s safety and following current procedures is important to us, and no one will be stranded without their equipment. We will continue our normal business hours Monday through Saturday, and will remain closed on Sundays for the foreseeable future. Below are all the ways that we have adapted our business to keep everyone riding, and most importantly keep all of our customers and employees safe.

 

OUR SALES AND SERVICE PROCESS HAS CHANGED

If you find our doors locked during normal business hours, don't worry. We are here to help, just call the store at 603-228-1441 and someone will meet you at the door.


If you would like your bike serviced, here is how things will go.

  1. Place your bike in the service parking outside the front entrance.

  2. Call the shop (603-228-1441) and speak to one of our staff members.

  3. We'll tag your bike with your name and disinfect it.

  4. We will contact you with an estimate within 24 hrs We will contact you when your bike is ready to be picked up.


If you would like to come and check out new bikes or accessories, we are still here for that too.

If you arrive and the doors are locked, call us (603-228-1441) and we will meet you at the door as soon as possible. Each customer out allows a new customer in.

Still have rentals that need to be dropped off?

  1. Place skis in the rack by the store entrance.

  2. Call the store and let an employee know that you are here.

  3. We will inspect and return the rental equipment. If any damage has occurred we will contact you within 24 hrs to discuss and take payment.
